Main biography:
Gemelarte Camuanha is a professor, university writer, accredited trainer, speaker, consultant, and Human Resources manager.
Born in Cambambe-Dondo, Cuanza-Norte Province, he built a career linked to education, human capital management, and the modernization of the Angolan Public Administration.
Author of technical works in the areas of Anthropology, leadership, Human Resources, public management, and performance evaluation.

Academic background:
He holds a degree in Anthropology, a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management in the Public Sector, and a master's degree in Human Resources Management.
Teaching:
She has over ten years of experience in Higher Education, having taught at various universities. Currently, she teaches the subject of Performance Management in the 4th year of the Human Resources Management course at Lusíada University of Angola.
Public Administration
She joined the Public Administration in 2008. Throughout her career, she has held technical positions and, for seven years, occupied the post of Head of the Competency Management and Career Development Department of the Human Resources Office of the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
Currently, he serves as Director of the Human Resources Office at the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
Administrative Reform:
He is a member of the Technical Group for Administrative Reform of the Angolan State, participating in processes related to the modernization of public management, the enhancement of human capital, and the improvement of performance evaluation practices.
